	There appears to be a dual termcap entry for 'v2' in most versions
	of /etc/termcap I have seen on bsd4.3 & Ultrix1.2. One is for
	a version of xwindows (small screen vs100s) & one for a televideo 912
	 As the xterm entry generally comes first this may cause consternation
	among televideo users.
