Now that we have a way to include GMF data plots in documents*, we would
like to be able to annotate them.  Does anyone know of a program or
product that will allow you to read in a GMF file, annotate it with
simple lines, arrows, and text, and save it again as a GMF file?

* We have the Danford 'gmfprint' program which converts a GMF file into
a PostScript program.  This is then included in a Scribe document using
the @picture() command and printed on a LaserWriter.
