A while ago, there were a few postings on obtaining an optional document
from Digital called "VAX/VMS Developer's Guide to VMSINSTAL".  I missed the appropriate mechanism for obtaining the item and would really appreciate it if
someone would re-post the information.  Thanks in advance.
