I am looking for a program that will change uic's
at any givin time during a process. Of course the
program requires cmkrnl priv which will then have
to be installed as a know image.  The purpose is
for keeping tabs on who is using which project via
the accounting utility.  Projects meaning specific
project directories used by several different users.
So far, I have found no system service under vms
that will do such a task but I understand there is
a way to poke the bits in the process control block.
