I am a long-time VMS user, but a new system manager of a uVAX-II.  Any
suggestions as to what books to read first, and what pitfalls might be
avoided would be much appreciated.  The initial manuals from Dec
(User's manual, Programmer's Manual) don't seem to be that great a help.
Among other things I would like to know the purpose of the various system
accounts and files, and how/when/why they ought be modified.
