Forgive me if this topic has been covered extensively here, but we
have a program sponsor (military) who is interested in a test suite
for validation and/or benchmarking of their vendor's DDN protocol package. 

They are concerned primarily about the efficiency of the DDN X.25
implementation; my interest is more along the lines of IP, TCP, and the
application-level protocols. Ideally, there would be suites for both.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
