Since ARPANET members are either gov't employees or involved in gov't
(primarily defense) sponsored research the issue of mandatory drug tests of
all gov't and defense contractor employees directly affects many.  I am
looking for opinions on this issue and also would like to let it be known
that a petition drive and letter writing campaign opposing such tests as
violations of basic rights is underway.  Anyone interested can contact
