The N.2 system from
	ENDOT Inc.,
	11001 Cedar Avenue,
	Cleveland, OH 44106
will fill your needs.  It shares some common history with ISPS
( a touchy subject with some people).  It is available on many
UNIX machines, and is a supported product.  I have used it a lot
and have been very satisfied with it.  Needless to say I did not
pay for it personally.
