A few months ago I posted a serious bug with exclusive/shared locks
in ULTRIX 1.1 and BRL UNIX 3.0.  The problem was that if you had a
shared lock on a file and two or more exclusive locks were then
requested, upon freeing of the shared lock all of the exclusive locks
would succeed at the same time, thereby giving multiple processes
exclusive locks on 1 file.

This is just an update to say the this bug is still in the new
release of ULTRIX version 1.2.
