Has anyone rewritten Xinu, and the development tools so that the thing can be run on something mundane like a IBM PC? (I still want the development tools to run on a VAX, I want Xinu to run on a PC). We have lots of PCs gathering dust that could be sacrificed to Xinu. I have heard rumors and seen some code of Xinu for the PC or Mac, but like I said, I need something reliable that students can bang on. Thanks!
