In a previous note, I mentioned 
jacket on RG58C/U cable as meaning "not harmful to humans when burning".
Not true. "Non-contaminating" means that the cable jacket material is
specially formulated so as not contaminate the inner cable material.  Keeps
the innards from corroding.
