I have some quick and dirty lisp routines that do arbitrary precision
floating point calculations (arbitrary to about 100 decimal places).

If anyone is interested,  let me know,  and I will mail/post a copy.

[This does not actually do the calculations itself, it keeps a
subproc around to do the dirty work. Currently it uses bc].
