So far, they look quite nice. I am wondering what to do with them during the winter. Should I put a mulch over them? If so, how thick? Or should I just leave them exposed to the elements? (We have below-freezing temperatures here in St. Louis in the winter.) Also, what is a good way to add organic matter to the soil? Should I leave them runners alone or should they be cut or what? Any other miscellaneous good advice about strawberries? Thanks, Marty Olevitch Washington University Physics Dept seismo!wucs!wuphys!marty St. Louis, MO 63130 Tel: (314) 889-6285
