Specifically, I would like to display a sequence (<24) of high resolution images at frame rate (between 30 and 60Hz). I would settle for monochrome images if I could find a board with a sufficient number of planes which would permit selective display of one plane per refresh. Alternatively, I would need a system which could fill a display buffer within one refresh cycle (guaranteed). Would a TARGA board give me the plane cycling capability? Are any others suitable? Or should I be looking at non IBM compatible hardware? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Please reply by mail and I'll summarize to the net if appropriate. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Udo J.
