Several months ago I announced that I had constructed an image 
processing environment in C++.  I now have finally packaged it in a
form for outside distribution.  Negotiations are going on right now
for its distribution via mod.sources.  I can also try to send it to
individuals who do not have access to mod.sources via the net or 
some such.  I can even make a tape if you really really want me to
(I've got thesis to do!).  Anyway if you guys who wanted it still do
either wait for mod.sources or get in contact with me.  Sorry for the
long delay.
