Summary: you either are using domains or you aren't



I had the NIC remove the SEISMO alias, they did not do it on their own.

The idea is simple, if we ARE going to domain based names, then let's get rid
of the non-domained names. If we aren't why should anyone bother to
go through the agony of converting to domain server based hosts tables.
