I am in desparate need of an AWK function for an MS-DOS PC
(AT&T 6300).  What I am trying to do is to incorporate AWK
as a subroutine within a larger program.  My cuurent
alternative is to go through the AWK source and modify it
in areas such as initialization and STDIN so that I end up
with a callable AWK routine.  My hope is that someone out
there has already done this or has a copy of such a function.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
