Sci., Edinburgh Univ. Keywords: Computer(obselete), Software(Non-existent) Recently, a TERAK 8510 fell off the back of a lorry and into my possession. It's now functional, but: I know practically Zilch about the hardware; I know practically Zilch about the software. All I know is that I'm the proud owner of an LSI-11 in a trendy box with an 8" floppy drive in the front. It's running UCSD-Pascal (v. II, I think), and I can glean a fair amount from UCSD books, but I want to know about the bootstrapping, how it uses its store, how to drive the assorted ports on the back, and, eventually, how to throw out the P-system and put in something of my own. And I've got ~zero software. Any help would be mucho appreciated. And does anybody out there in net.micro.obselete land still make 8" floppies?
