There was a program called ReFormatter that Tandy used to sell a few years
ago for the Model II.  Tandy didn't sell all the version, but the company 
that wrote it sold versions that went from just about any 8" format to any
other 8"format.  If you can't find someone locally, I'll dig out their address
and post it here.  

If this trail goes to a dead end, I know a guy in Ft. Worth that does this
kind of stuff on the side.
