I am looking for a single board computer that includes:
   68000
   1Mbyte RAM
   256K ROM
   Serial port
   Parallel port
   Expansion port (for adding additional ROM, RAM, ports, etc)

   Some software support, OS, debugger, terminal support, etc

I want it for under $800. 
I don't want the expense of a bussed system (VME, Multibus, IEEE396)

Is there anything that will fit the bill?  If not, how close can I get?
Who?  Where?  How much?
