Well, I've heard from a fairly reliable sources that the Sidecar won't be
released in the US!  First off because they didn't pass FCC.  Second because
it will be built into the A2000 that they won't bother with the A1000.  This
stinks!  We deserve to get it as much as the Europeans do.  Would anyone from
C-A like to comment.

Also, he also said that he had the released version of 1.2 (he's running a
BBS with four disks under it) and says that C-A's having trouble deciding on
distribution/is it good enough/etc.  Looks like we'll be waiting a little while
longer.

This is probably not the whole truth but a lot of rumor that sounds very serious
and deserves a little looking at.  We deserve to get 1.2 if it's ready as well
as the updated graphics chip.  (Just let us pay $20 or whatever for the dealer
to remove one and put the other in.  It's socketed so shouldn't be too hard..)
We also deserve the Sidecar.  First the transformer is a total flop then C-A
comes out with a true winner and BOOM!  we can't get it.  So it seems...

I ain't the Amigo but I feel like it...
