I've tried this with two separate monitors and two separate Amigas, and two separate cables, both sold for specifically this, and no combination seems to work. (The cables were from Computer Attic.) The problem appears as a loss of horizontal sync. Oh, and by the way. You might consider never plugging or unplugging the video cable while the Amiga is on; there's some voltages going over those wires which are easy to short. -tom
