1) Does anyone know which chess program plays the stronger game
   (at equal time response levels) between "Chessmaster" and "Sargon III"?

2) Does anyone know if there are any newer chess programs on the market
   for micros?

3) Does anyone know if these programs (Chessmaster, Sargon III) have
   been given USCF type ratings?
