Lisa's do connect, but I think it has to emulate Mac to work (Not sure though because it's the only way we use Lisa's here right now). IBM's connect throgh PC Bridge. I would like to note I asked this question before (for the Apple][). I do believe that in the near future either Apple (or an outside vendor) will make a card to connect the Apple ][ line to AppleTalk.
