I have recently taken up the game of golf again and have been
wondering if anyone is aware of a program that takes as input
the par for a course and the score (number of putts, sand/rough,
fairway, etc) for each time you have played the course, and 
provides an analysis of how you are doing?

If anyone has any public domain software, or recommendations 
on a commercial product I would appreciate hearing from you.
