Some time ago I saw a terminal program for the Apple ][+ called Visiterm which
used the graphics page so that it could support lower case on Apples without
the U/l case mod and also allowed the user to define his own character sets.
Recently I've been trying to obtain a copy of it but haven't been able to find
it in any stores. If anyone knows where I could purchase a copy by mail I would
greatly appreciate it if they would let me know.
