I disassembled this ramdisk posted by Braner, and the mod you need
to change the ram disk drive to C or E or whatever is indicated below.
Here follow three lines from the original posting of this ramdisk:

D2 BC 00 00 00 12 23 C1 00 00 04 7E 30 39 00 00
04 C4 08 C0 00 03 33 C0 00 00 04 C4 2F 39 00 00 <-- change the 03
06 66 3F 3C 00 20 4E 41 5C 8F 42 67 4E 41 02 00

The C0 00 03 is the BSET #$03,D0 instruction that sets bit 3 (= drive D)
D0 is moved in the next instruction to $4C4 (the drvbits word).
So change the 03 to 02 if you want drive C or to 04 if you want drive E
to be the ramdisk.
