Can anybody give me the definition of the processing done by uudecode so I can
implement a version on a non-unix machine?  It strikes me it would be handy to
download the encoded file and decode it directly on the target machine rather
than on the Vax.  That way I wouldn't have to figure out how to transfer
binary files -- which is the whole reason for uuencode in the foist place.
