uuencode/decode is not a hard thing to write, though.  I am working on a
version for the Atari 800xl and it looks as though it won't be difficult.

If anybody wants the definition of uuencode/decode coding, I just happen to
have a "functional spec" and also very compatible "c" source code from a kind
soul on the net.
