[] To whoever organizes this: Please add my friend Larry Bank, , to the distribution list of net.micro.atari16. Thanks! BTW, when I learn't that on IBM mainframes you get this news as PERSONAL MAIL, I fell over backwards. Does that mean that for every reader on the same machine, a separate copy is mailed? It at least means that a separate copy is stored, which would make the system administrators soon buy some more disk drives... For those of you who don't know: on (some) UNIX systems you read the news by typing a command (e.g. "readnews"). The system knows which newsgroups you "subscribe" to, and shows you that stuff, of which I presume there is only one copy in there. The "readnews" program also allows things like "mark item as (un)read", "show list of posting with subject line", "show a specific posting", "post followup article", etc - all invoked by pressing ONE KEY. - Moshe Braner
