Lines: 15 Keywords: HELP! I want to make a lot of copies of a disk, so I tried putting it on the RAMdisk and then using DUPLICATE DISK from DOS 2.5 with source 8 and destination 1. The DOS manual says that this can be done, although the disk will only have 499 sectors, which is fine. However, the disk gets formatted with 707 free sectors, and then I get an error 138 (Device Timeout) after about 2 minutes. It sounds like a lot of copying occurs, but the directory shows up empty. Is there a way around this problem? Is my copy of DOS bad? Thanks in advance.
