Such documentation is available to hardware and software vendors who meet AT&T's standards for making interesting things for the unix pc, under non-disclosure. From the sound of your requirement I doubt that you would qualify, although I can probably dig up the name of the person to contact if you would like it. Any disclosure of this information without such an agreement would be looked upon dimly by AT&T and would probably be followed by platoons of lawyers.
