Bug report: ZAP34.MQC, included in ZAP34B.LBR, has a checksum error
when unsqueezing.  We need a replacement for this file.  If anyone
knows how to contact Peter G. Martin, please let me know.  Below are
some excerpts which may help in locating him.

This version adapts version 3.3 as updated by John Hastwell-Batten,
SYSOP for Tesseract RCPM, and adds some additional functions on John's
'wish-list' as well as some I had on my own wish-list.
