SRI-NIC@NIC has a file for kermit on TACS.  IT suggests the following commands
to the TAC and explains them which I shan't.

@DCA
or rather @D C A         :ass the TAC expect words sepearated by spaces
@F I S
@F O S
@I 6                              :this changes the @@ to a CTRL-F

Kermit runsl ike a champ after these few commands.
