It is entitled "How to Program the Macintosh" by Knaster and provides substantial information on Macintosh memory management as well as numerous hints and explanations of things which are not very well explained in Inside Macintosh. Anyone starting to write applications for the Macintosh should find this book quite useful. Usual disclaimers apply: I have no relationship to the author, publisher, etc.
