I'm writing a DA that I'm testing with Other 2.01.  It has some
owned resources (ALRT, DITL and DLOG).  Other properly renumbers
the resources themselves, but it forgets to change the ResID field
of the ALRT and DLOG resources so that they will properly access
their DITL's.

Also, in Lightspeed, after I install a DA using Other, the next
operation (Compile, Transfer, Quit, Add, Build, at least, and probably
others) terminates with "Unknown error (-192)" which is a "resource
not found" error code.  Perhaps Other sets the current resoure file
to the system and doesn't set it back?  This doesn't bomb Lightspeed,
since I can repeat the operation and it always works.
