I'm looking for a toolbox, preferably in C, that will do this:

  - display foreign language alphabets (for example, Russian or Greek)
  - redefine the keyboard to allow user input in both the standard
    English alphabet and the alternate alphabets.

This is to be linked into a MSDOS application.
