It makes you a special boot floppy (still usable for files) which sets up the hard disk then boots from it. Transparent if you accept the fact that a floppy has to be inserted before boot. Now...I could post it to the net if there is interest. However there may be a nearer reply. Alternatively I could put it on a floppy if you send me one.
