               I am trying to run kermit on VAX Eunice/UNIX4.0; to do so, I
          must reset tabs and tandem to effect among other things, flow
          control.  Eunice resettable terminal attributes are limited to raw,
          echo and tabs.  Is there an expert who can tell me whether it is
          possible to reset tandem under the VAX-VMS-Eunice/UNIX 4.0? I
          appreciate any support.
