Baird)... +--------------- | I have seen references to a Tektronix 401x terminal emulator that | runs on PCs and is available in the public domain. But when I | find it on a BBS and try to down load it, I always seem to get a | corrupted file. My patience is exhausted. | | Could some kind soul who has a reliable connection to this net | please mail me a copy of the program, or tell me where I can copy | one from (other than a dial up BBS)? I also have DDN access. +--------------- I can mail you TekTERM; I have no use for it. The reason, however, may be fixable. I have tried to use it on my ITT XTRA, 640K, with a USR Microlink 2400 modem card. For some reason, TekTERM doesn't acknowledge the existence of the Microlink, or of COM2 at all. (COM1 is a built-in serial port.) All other comm programs I have used work fine. Any suggestions as to what's wrong, or is TekTERM just useless on ITTs? ++Brandon -- ---------------- /--/ Brandon S.
