If you have heard please drop me a short note on how you found out about the project. I can say that a distribution that is usable by those comfortable with kernel hacking should be ready in several weeks. The project is a pro bona effort in the Berkeley Unix tradition. Your institution will be able to receive a copy of it if it has a System V.3 license. There will most likely be a small distribution fee.
