The load file format is exactly the same. The only thing is that DOS calls in Model 4 DOS are quite different as are all I/O calls to screen and keyboard etc. I don't use edtasm but I do all my assembly for Model I, III, IV and Max-80 using the same Model III assembler in Model III mode on my Model 4.
