seismo stopped sending mail through ihnp4 months ago. It was unreliable.
ihnp4 still calls us with incoming mail.

Everytime I brought the problem to someones attention, it was promptly fixed.
However, I don't have time to keep pointing out that ihnp4 is wedged again.
(I usually noticed it when there were 4 or 5 hundred messages queued up
for ihnp4).

Gary, we miss you.
