I did not mean to sound like a cheap selfish user. I was just hoping that there may be some way to help clear up the problems. Just pipe dreams, I guess. I also did not mean to imply that the problem was completely ihnp4's fault. I figure that the current state of affairs cost the network more than if the problem were fixed due to resendings, which also increases overall load through ihnp4. Sort of a snowball effect.
