Ha! Now that's what I call constructive criticms!  I've got an idea, Werner.
  Why don't you set up an alternative system for us and let the whole world
  use it for free?  Oh, and don't forget, it has to be perfect! ;-)
Seriously, if you want reliability, pay somebody to deliver your mail and
  then you'll have somebody to complain to.
