And Ed is really contributing to the solving of this problem with his response. My postings, and I suspect Werner's also, are meant to try to help make the net more reliable. Ed seems to be quite happy with the status quo. I'm not sure why. When communications become unreliable, only traffic which doesn't NEED to get through will use that communications line. The company then will consider keeping the line up as a waste of money. Then the line goes away. Sounds like a self-fulfilling prophesy to me.
