Site cuae2 will be shut down this weekend for maintenance on our power
supply and inspection of our building's switchgear and transformer
maintenance.

Also, while testing new news software, several batches of news were
accidentally allowed to run through uuxqt with no rnews available,
so about 6 hours worth of the main feed from ihnp4 were lost.  Sorry.
