There are currently three readers at this site.

I poll van-bc at 1 hour intervals.

I would be willing to send to other sites although I have limited disk capacity
and expire most articles in 24 hours.  Also I don't keep the full news feed, but
would be willing to negotiate what I keep and what I don't.
