First, let me thank all that sent me sites to ftp MicroEmacs from.
I still have problems, though.
I had never used ftp before. The manual gives the syntax ftp [options]
[host] ; so I tried all names sent to me (for example: ftp seismo.CSS.GOV )
and consistently got the response "Unknown host" . What is the proper ftp
syntax?
