I'd like to get a copy of the source for Kernighan and Pike's "hoc" (high-order
calculator).  There's a listing in Appendix 3 of their book "The UNIX
Programming Environment".  Can anyone save me from the errors I'll make typing
it in?  Terrific book by the way as is Kernighan and Plauger, Kernighan and
Ritchie...
